Bm33 Terms & Conditions — Read, Understand, and Comply

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the bm33 platform and all its members. bm33 (bundles www.bm33.ws) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bangla; however, the authoritative legal text exists in English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. bm33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be posted on the platform.

Every member is obligated to comply with bm33's Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. bm33 is committed to transparency and protecting the interests of its users.

The following requirements must be met to open an account at bm33:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Each person may only hold one account manage.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate and up to date.

After registration, bm33 may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at bm33:

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bm33 is committed to preventing money laundering. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Before betting on bm33, it's important to familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• Pre-match bets placed after an event has started will not be accepted. Live Betting operates under separate rules.
• Bm33 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
• Bm33's decision is final in the event of odds changes or event cancellations.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bm33 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

All bonuses and promotional offers at bm33 are governed by the following general terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Awarded based on your first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus amount, you will generally need to wager it 10–20 times (terms vary per offer).
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Bm33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and will be communicated alongside the relevant offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm33 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information.
• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automation tool.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.

Bm33 handles your personal information with the utmost care. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Your information will not be shared with any party except where required by law.

• You may request to update or delete your information at any time.

Bm33 believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: Set limits to control your own betting activity.
• Voluntary Break: You may temporarily suspend your account for any period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: If you feel you may have a betting addiction, you have the option to permanently close your account.

Bm33 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious betting patterns or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If an account is closed, any remaining balance (provided no terms have been violated) is generally refunded within 5–7 business days. In cases of terms violations, the decision to forfeit funds rests with bm33 management.

Bm33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before changes take effect, and registered users will be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
